Parent Expectations

Parents and families play a major role in the success of our program. Our goal is to create an environment where athletes can grow, compete, learn accountability, and feel supported. These expectations help keep our program organized, respectful, and focused on student-athlete development.

     Concerns & Communication

How to Handle Concerns - If a concern comes up, we ask parents to wait 24 hours then to communicate directly and respectfully. For team-specific questions, please start with your athlete’s head coach. If the issue cannot be resolved or involves a larger program concern, it can be brought to the football program director.

  • Do not address major concerns during games

  • Wait 24 hours so emotions can settle before discussing difficult topics

  • Playing time concerns should be handled respectfully and privately

  • Concerns involving safety, behavior, or communication should be addressed as soon as possible

  • We expect adults to model the same accountability we ask from our athletes

     Our Shared Goal

We know parents want the best for their children, and our coaches want the same. When families and coaches work together, athletes have a better experience. Our shared goal is to help every athlete grow in discipline, confidence, accountability, teamwork, and character.

Playing Time

Game time is earned through practice, preparation, effort, attitude, attendance, safety, and team needs. Parents are welcome to ask questions, but playing time concerns should be discussed privately, respectfully, and never during or immediately after a game.
