Game Day Information

Panthers game days are about preparation, teamwork, and representing our program the right way. Families should review the information below before each game so athletes arrive ready, on time, and prepared to compete.

Before You Arrive

Before leaving for the game, please make sure your athlete has:

​

  • Full uniform and/or required team gear

  • Water bottle

  • Proper shoes or cleats

  • Mouthguard, if required

  • Any sport-specific equipment

  • Weather-appropriate clothing

  • Any needed medication or medical items

  • A positive attitude and readiness to represent the Panthers

  • Helmet

  • Shoulder pads

  • Practice/game pants

  • Cleats

  • Mouthguard

  • Jersey/shorts

  • Basketball shoes

  • Water bottle

Arrival Time

Late arrivals may affect playing time or game preparation, especially if the athlete misses warmups or team instructions.

Athletes should arrive on time and check in with their coach as soon as they get to the game location.

Players should arrive at least 1 hour before kickoff so they have enough time for equipment check, warmups, and team instructions.

What Happens After Registration?

Once registration is submitted, families will receive updates about team placement, practice schedules, required paperwork, equipment, and upcoming parent communication. Please make sure your contact information is accurate so you do not miss important updates.

1. Submit Registration -> Complete the correct sport registration form.

2. Watch for Updates -> Check email, text messages, or team communication channels.

3. Attend Parent/Team Meeting -> Review expectations, schedules, safety reminders, and season details.
